I created these characters because I was inspired by the hardworking women of today and yesteryear. We all grew up watching the women of our communities run the PTA, Civic Organizations, Churches, Schools, and their own businesses. They gave us all something to aspire to. They also supported us in the pursuit of our own unique versions of womanhood.

I wanted to honor the spirit of the boss within all of us by creating a series of vintage-inspired illustrations that capture the essence and breadth of a Boss in her prime; A Vintage Boss Lady. These notecards, memo pads, sticky notes, and mugs aren't just for us to keep on our desks. Oh no! They're meant to be shared so that we can continue to cultivate and nurture our community of entrepreneur friends and colleagues.
